1آلوؤں ko ubaal kar thanda karkay chheel len. lahsun, zeera, hara dhaniya aur hari mirchon ko lemoo ka ras daaltay hue pees kar chatni bana len. 2 pain mein cooking oil mein is chatni ko halka sa bhoonen phir ublay hue aluon ko daal kar milaain. 3آخر mein namak chidak kar dhak den aur halki aanch par chaar se paanch minute dam par rakh kar utaar len. 4 chhootey size ke ( garlic rusk ) lahsun walay پاپے ke sath un ka lutaf uthayen .
